电针治疗中风后尿失禁的疗效评价

Evaluation of the Curative Effect of Electroacupuncture on Postapoplectic Incontinence of Urine

目的评价电针治疗中风后尿失禁的疗效。方法将153例患者随机分为治疗组102例、对照组51例,治疗组采用电针治疗,对照组采用西药治疗,治疗1~2月后观察疗效。结果治疗组基本治愈率为47.0%,显效率为27.5%,有效率为18.6%,无效率为6.9%,总有效率为93.1%;对照组基本治愈率为7.9%,显效率为17.6%,有效率为17.6%,无效率为56.9%,总有效率为43.1%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论电针治疗中风后尿失禁疗效好。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of electroacupuncture on postapoplectic incontinence of urine. Methods One Hundred and fifty-five patients were randomly allocated to four a treatment group of 102 cases and a control group of 51 cases. The treatment -group was treated with electroacupuncture and the control group, with Western medicine. The curative effects were evaluated after 1 -2 months. Results The basic cure rate, marked efficacy rate, efficacy rate and inefficacy rate were 47.0% , 27.5%, 18. 6% and 6.9% , respectively, with a total efficacy rate of 93.1% in the treatment group and 7.9% , 17.6% , 17.6% and 56.9% , respectively, with a total efficacy rate of 43.1% in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in curative effect between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The curative effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion Electroacupuncture has a good curative effect on postapoplectic incontinence of urine.
