摘要
用橡胶加工分析仪(RPA)分析硫化程度对天然橡胶未硫化胶和硫化胶的动态性能的影响。结果表明,未硫化胶的弹性模量、粘性模量均随着剪切频率的增加而增大;按0.5倍工艺正硫化时间进行硫化时,硫化胶的交联网络已经基本形成;按2倍工艺正硫化时间进行硫化时,交联程度下降,硫化返原明显。与达到工艺正硫化时间的硫化胶相比,硫化时间分别为2倍t90、0.5倍t90的硫化胶的弹性剪切模量随剪切频率、温度的增加而增大,随剪切应变的增加而降低;应变对未硫化胶动态性能的影响不明显。
The influence of vulcanization level on dynamic properties of NR was researched. The results showed that the cross-link network was almost formed under 0.5 times of t90,while vulcanizing under 2 times of t90, the reversion of vulcanized NR was oberserved abviously. Compared to vulcanizates cured at t90 vulcanization time, elastic shear modulus increased with the increasing of shear frequence and temperature, and decreased with the increasing of strain.
