液体橡胶/环氧树脂复合材料的冲蚀磨损性能 被引量:8

摘要 用端异氰酸酯基聚丁二烯液体橡胶与环氧树脂制得反应物(ETPB)。在ETPB中分别加入质量分数为5%和10%的纳米Al2O3,并选择适宜的固化剂固化,制得ETPB/Al2O3复合材料。测试了水介质中环氧树脂、ETPB、ETPB/Al2O3复合材料的冲蚀磨损性能。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对几种材料磨损表面进行了观察。结果表明,端异氰酸酯基聚丁二烯液体橡胶改性环氧树脂可显著提高抗磨损性能,与通过填充纳米Al2O3无机粒子ETPB复合材料相比,其抗冲蚀性能更好。 The reactor(ETPB) was prepared by isocyanat-terminated polybutadiene liquid rubber/ epoxy resin (ETPB), and filled with 5% and 10% nano-Al2O3 respectirely. The composities were cured with a suitable curing agent. The scour propertion of epoxy resin, ETPB and ETPB/Al2O3 were tested under water conditions. The wearing surface of epoxy resin, ETPB and ETPB/Al2O3 were observed by SEM. The results showed that the wear resistance of epoxy resin could be modified by isocyanate terminated polybutadiene liquid rubber obviously,and the erosion resistance of ETPB was better than that of filling nano-Al2O3.
