摘要
中国正进入快速城市化时期,城市群发展成为新的特征。依据辽中城市群规划编制的框架和思路,重点论述经济全球化背景下中国城市群规划的理论、核心内容和规划方法。
China is stepping into a rapid urbanization era which is featured by the development of urban agglomeration. According to the framework of urban agglomeration plan of central Liaoning province, this paper elaborates the theories, contents and planning methodology of urban agglomeration plan under the economic globalization.
