顺酐一釜法催化合成富马酸锌

Synthesis of Zinc Fumarate in One Reactor from Maleic Anhydyide under the Presence of Complex Catayst

对顺丁烯二酸酐与锌化合物一釜法催化合成富马酸锌的合成方法进行了探索,确定顺酐∶(催化剂A+催化剂B)=1∶(0.06+0.0045)(摩尔比),异构化过程反应时间为2.5h,锌盐催化合成时间为2h,生产过程中工艺用水可回用,实现废水零排放。

Zinc Fumarate was synthesized from maleic anhydride and zinciferous compound in one reactor under the presence of complex catalyst,the optimum reaction condition;maleic anhydride：（catalystA＋catalystB）=1：（0.06＋0.0045） （mol/mol）, isoversion time was 2.5 hours,catalytic syntheis time was 2 hours,there was no pollution involved with the applocation of water reuse.
