摘要
甲状腺激素(T3、T4)是调节人体物质代谢和能量代谢、影响生长发育的重要激素。然而随着环境污染的不断加剧,人体受到各种内分泌干扰物暴露的几率不断增大,其中,甲状腺素干扰效应越来越引起关注。因此,对甲状腺激素的测定对于各种甲状腺疾病的诊断有着重要的实际意义,同时对环境污染的调查与评价亦有重要的作用。从免疫法、光化学分析法和电化学法等几方面,对甲状腺激素的分析方法进行综述。
Thyroxin (3,5,3′,5′-tetraiodothyronine,T4) and 3,5,3′-triiodothyronine (T3) are the principal hormones of the thyroid gland. They are key factors in the maintenance of basal metabolism. In recent years, endocrine disrupters (EDs)have attractod great attention in the .research of environmental science. The influence of EDs on thyroid hormonal activity is being increasingly emphasized. Measurement of serum thyroxin concentration is important for diagnosis of thyroid gland diseases, as well as for investigation and evaluation of environmental pollution. This review describes the recent development of methods for determination of thyroid hormones.
