补体在脑出血后脑水肿形成中的作用

The Role of Complement in Brain Edema Formation After Intracerebral Hemomhage

摘要 近年来的研究表明,补体系统参与了脑出血后脑水肿形成,而其机制尚未完全阐明。文章从补体系统各成分在脑出血后脑水肿形成中的作用、抗补体治疗对脑水肿形成的影响等方面做了综述。 Studies in recent years have suggested that the complement system may participate in brain edema formation after intracerebral hemorrhage, but its mechanism remains unclear. This article reviews the effects of all the components from complement system on brain edema formation after intracerebral hemorrhage and the impacts of anticomplement therapy on brain edema formation.
