摘要
研究了碳引入方式以及引入量对含碳预制件的性能影响。结果表明:材料在引入人造石墨后各项理化性能指标优于鳞片石墨和高温沥青。引入人造石墨粉材料加水量较少,气孔率较低,强度较高,烧后线变化较小。但加入量过多,材料加水量明显增加,气孔率大幅增高,强度急剧下降。其次研究了Al2O3-SiC-C质预制件的透气方式及抗铁水渗透能力。结果表明:丝带燃烧挥发形成条缝透气切实可行,含碳试验透气砖的流量可调范围较宽,能很好的适用于铁水冶炼需要。最后对Al2O3-SiC-C质预制件抗氧化性、抗侵蚀性以及冶炼效果进行了试用验证。试用结果表明:冶炼扒渣效果明显,铁损明显降低,脱硫率提高;Al2O3-SiC-C质透气砖抗侵蚀能力强,使用寿命可大于100次。
Firstly, the effects of carbon-adding method and dosage on carbon - containing perform is studied. The experimental results show that when adding synthetic graphite, every physical and chemical property of materials is prior to that which is added flake graphite and high temperature pitch. Adding synthetic graphite powder can reduce water consumption and porosity, improve strength, and heating linear change of materials is smaller. But when addition exceeds, water addition and porosity will be in- Creased evidently, and intensity will decline obviously.
Secondly, air permeability mode and molten iron penetration resistance of A1203 - SiC - t; perlorm are al- so studied. The experimental results indicate that it is in proof that when riband bums, volatilizes, forms gap and then penetrates air. Flux of air brick can be adjusted at a wide range, and meets the need of molten iron smelt.
At last, oxidation resistance, erosion resistance and smelt result of Al2O3 -SiC -C perform are tried out and confirmed. The result of probation indicates that impact of smelt skim is obvious, and iron loss reduces evidently, desulfurization rate increases; erosion resistance of Al2O3 -SiC -C air brick is better, service life can exceed 100 times.
