摘要
通过研究铝硅质耐火砖性能的变化规律,开发出了满足高炉热风炉高风温和长寿化技术要求的低蠕变砖,确定了低蠕变砖的生产技术方案和生产工艺,并进行了工业生产。产品经国家质检中心检测,达到了国家标准和同行业优质产品水平,并成功用于攀钢4#高炉的热风炉上。
The low creep brick of hot air stove and timeproof technical requirements was developed by resrarching the changing rules of Alumina - Silica Brick . On this base, the commercial scale making was achieved on defined technical resolution and manufacturing practice . The property of products were achieved the chinese standard and the products were successfully used in hot air stove of 4# blast furnace at pangang.
