摘要
采用刚玉、莫来石、特级矾土和三石为主要原料,开发出了满足热风炉高风温和长寿化技术要求的低蠕变高铝砖,确定了低蠕变高铝砖的生产技术方案和生产工艺,并进行了工业生产试验。试验产品经国家质检中心检测,达到了国家标准和同行业优质产品水平,并成功用于攀钢热风炉。
In this paper,Author using corundum,mullite,high grade bauxite,three sillimanite minerals as major raw materials, low creep high alumina brick of hot air stove requirements was developed. On this base ,the commercial scale making was achieved on defined technical resolution and manufacturing practice. The property of products were achieved the chinese standard and the products were successfully used in hot air stove at pangang.
