摘要
以致密电熔刚玉、电熔镁砂为主要原料,分别选用铝酸钙水泥、硅微粉、微粉A为结合剂,研究了三种结合系统对高纯铝镁浇注料物理性能的影响,同时进行了静态抗渣实验,研究了不同结合剂及加入量对高纯铝镁浇注料抗渣性能的影响规律。实验结果表明:⑴合理控制基质中结合剂的加入量可以获得综合物理性能优良的高纯铝镁质浇注料;⑵硅微粉和微粉A结合铝镁质浇注料的抗渣性能优于铝酸钙水泥结合铝镁质浇注料。
High-purity alumina magnesia castable were prepared with dense electro-corundum and fused magnesite as main starting material. Calcium aluminate cement,uf-SiO2 and A micropowder were added respectively as binder in high - purity alumina magnesia castable. The effect of different binder on properties of castables were investigated. Adopting static crucible method at the same time, slag resistance experiment was carried out and change regulation of slag resistance performance of high-purity alu- mina magnesia castable was studied under different binder system of base compositon. Based on experiment, alumina magnesia castable performances were compared in three binder system. The results show that : ( 1 ) Appropriate controlling ratio of binder in matrix, good property of alumina-magnesia castable can be obtained. (2)The properties of slag resistance of alumina magnesia castable, with the binders of uf-SiO2 and A micropowder, is better than that of alumina magnesia castable by binder of calcium aluminate cement.
