铁水脱硫聚渣剂的开发与应用

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF SLAG CONGLOMERATION AGENT USED FOR DESULPHURIZATION OF HOT METAL

从理论上分析了石灰粉和镁粉联合喷吹的铁水预处理方法中加入聚渣剂的必要性,并对铁渣的性能作了分析研究。结合理论依据、铁渣性能和钢厂的现场工艺情况,有针对性的开发出了铁水脱硫聚渣剂。现场使用表明,该聚渣剂能较好地满足钢厂现场工艺要求,改善扒渣效果,降低铁损和生产成本,取得了良好的使用效果。

The necessity putting slag conglomeration agent into the hot metal during the pre-treatrnent process with lime powder and magnesium powder jointly blown has been theoretically analyzed, and the performance of ferric cake has been analyzed and researched. A new kind of slag conglomeration agent is developed by rested on theory , the performance of ferric cake and application situation. The field use indicates that slag conglomeration agent can meet the field technological requirement well , improve the result of slag skimming and lower the iron loss and the production cost . The good use effect is obtained.
