摘要
从东营油污样中分离获得一株产脂肪酶的菌株BYCM-1,经鉴定为根霉属.研究了该菌株的产酶条件及其酶性质.研究表明该酶最适的产酶条件为:培养基初始pH 6.5,温度40℃,培养时间72 h.酶作用的最适pH值为8.0,最适温度为40℃.Ca2+和K+对酶活性有一定的激活作用,而Mg2+,Cu2+,Fe2+对酶活性有不同程度的抑制作用.
A strain of bacterium named BYCM-1 producing lipase was screened from contaminated-soil of Dongying oil field. This bacterium was identified as Rhizopus sp. The optimal fermentation conditions and part of characteristics of the lipase were studied. Results showed that the optimal lipase-producing conditions of BYCM-1 were as follows: the initial pH value was 6.5,the cultured temperature was 40℃ ,the cultured time was 72 hours. When the temperature and pH value were 40℃ and 8. 0 respectively, the lipase has the best activity in solution . The cations such as Ca^2+ and K^+ had positive effect on the enzyme activity of BYCM-1, the orther cations such as Mg^2+ ,Cu^2+ and Fe^2+ had negative influence.
