浅谈专业安全管理机构与队伍的建立与保持

Establishment and Maintenance of Specialized Safety Control Organizations and Teams

以北京地铁工程安全管理工作现状为例,指出了施工单位的专业安全管理机构与队伍存在的一些问题,并进行了原因分析,提出了完善专业安全管理机构以增强其实力、分类做好专业安全管理人员的培训工作以提高其素质、逐步提高专业安全管理人员的地位和待遇以激发其工作热情等3种措施。

Taking Beijing Metro project′s safety control situation as example, the author points out some problems in the specialized safety control organizations and teams of construction enterprises. After analyzing the reasons for the prob- lems, the author recommends three countermeasures for the problems, i. e. , perfecting the specialized safety control organizations to strengthen their capabilities, training the specialized safety control personnel to improve their quality and gradually enhancing the specialized safety control personnel′s status and salary to stimulate their working enthusiasms.
