摘要
以壳聚糖为材料包埋磷酸氢二钠,探讨不同材料固化后,包埋微球的缓释规律。运用扫描电子显微观察技术对浸泡前后的微球表面膜结构进行表征。结果表明,两种固化方式,微球的释放趋势一致,基本符合缓释肥料的制作标准。扫描电镜观察结果表明,微球浸泡前表面膜结构密实,浸泡56d后微球表面膜形成大量突起的小孔。
Chitosan and sodium hydrogen phosphate were employed as materials to study the slow-release rule of micro-ball after solidified hy different material. The apparent shapes of the micro-hall were examined hy scanning electron microscope (SEM) . The results were showed that the trend of the release rate by micro-hall were similar after solidified by different material and the properties of micro-hall measure up to the criterion of slow- release fertilizers. The SEM results showed that the surface of micro-ball was compact before soaked in water, but porous and expansile after soaked 56 days in water.
