摘要
介绍了原子荧光光谱法测定米发糕中砷的测量不确定度的评定方法,为建立有效的质量控制方法提供科学依据。确定和计算测定过程中的各不确定度分量,最后整体合成。原子荧光光谱法测定米发糕中砷的测量不确定度为0.006939mg/kg。该方法评定过程合理,步骤清晰,不重复和遗漏。
This thesis introduced a method for evaluation of the uncertainty of arsenic in rice cake hy atomic fluorescence spectrometry, and provide scientific hasis for setting up of effective quality control. The factors affecting the testing results were determined and the results were integrated. The result indicated that the uncertainty of As in rice cake tested hy atomic fluorescence spectrometry is 0.006 939 mg/kg. The method for determining As from rice cake hy atomic fluorescence spectrometry is clear and adequate and without repeated procedure and omission.
