运用文献资料法,查阅了大量相关高校的户外运动的文献资料,在已有的研究的基础上,对户外运动课程在高校体育教学中开设的功能和意义进行了探讨,依据各地高校体育教学和户外运动开展的实际情况,精心地设计户外运动课程体系,以期为高校户外教学提供理论和实证依据。

Using literature material principle to consult massive related outdoorsports material of the High schools and under the ready - made study , this paper discusses the functions and the significance on opening outdoorsports courses in the P. E teaching of the high schools, and designates the system of outdoorsports courses to hope to provide the high schools with theory and real diagnosis evidence grounds.
