Management of purulent perichondritis of auricle in 53 cases

目的:探讨化脓性耳廓软骨膜炎的治疗机制。方法:手术清创及术后应用抗生素治疗。结果:53例患者,治愈50例,好转1例,未愈2例。结论:手术清创是治疗化脓性耳廓软骨膜炎较好的方法。

Objective： To discuss the management of purulent perichondritis of auricle.Methods： Surgical debride and antibiotics therapy post operatively were taken in 53 cases.Results： Of 50 patients recovered and one improved,2 were not cured.Conclusion： Surgical debride is a better way to cure purulent perichondritis of auricle.
