摘要
为了探讨问题的方便,把文章分成了(一)和(二)。在(一)中,探讨了预处理的工艺和设备的工厂节能实践,质疑了延用多年为保证RH≤60%而升温10~15℃的做法,指出了在预处理工艺计算中,被忽略但一直在起关键作用的要素,给出了压头损失后RH降低的定量计算方法。分析和确认了,抗生素工厂实例,发酵用空气系统,湿热季节不加热和染菌率关联不上的原因。
In the first part of this article, the pretreatment process and the energy saving of the equipment in factories were discussed. The method of elevating temperature of 10-15℃ to obtain the condition of RH≤60% was questioned. It was indicated that in the calculation ofpretreatment process, the factors which were neglected before always made important role. The quantitative calculation method of RH reduction after pressure head loss occurred was presented. The causes that resulted in failure of air system used in fermentation to heat air in hot and moisture days and be conjunct with the rate of bacteria infection have been analyzed and determined.
