摘要 目的:通过改进以往的制备制药用水系统,提升制药用水的质量,并同时把制水成本降到最低。方法:采用反渗透(RO)+混床技术改造原全离子交换(IE)法进行药厂制药用水的制备。结果:经过两年时间的实际运行表明:水质明显改善,产水量明显增加,IE树脂再生周期明显延长,酸碱耗量明显下降,IE树脂更换周期明显延长,制水成本明显降低,技术改造取得了良好的效果。由此可见,采用反渗透(RO)+混床技术改造原全离子交换(IE)法进行药厂制药用水的制备可以明显增加产水量,改善水质;制水成本明显降低。 Objective: through the improvement of old medically used water system, the quality of the water was enhanced and the cost of preparing the water was decreased. Method: the method of RO+IE was used to prepare the water used in pharmaceutical factory. Result: It has been shown in the practical operation for 2 years that the quality of the water was improved, the output of water increased, the resin resulted fromIE had a long regeneration period, both of the consumption of acid and calcium and the cost of preparing the water were decreased. The evident effects have been obtained with the technical reform.
