摘要
医学信息的安全存储和传输在医院局域网和分布式远程诊断中越来越重要,受到了广泛的关注。本文描述了一种基于线性预测的无损隐藏方法及其在医学动态影像中的应用,该方法用线性预测误差算法和嵌入/提取算法嵌入大数据量信息。数据嵌入过程中采用简单数据链路SDL成帧,在局域网上进行了实验,从嵌入信息的医学动态影像中提取出所嵌入的个人病历信息或指纹信息,原宿主视频可无损恢复。该方法可以在医学数据库的动态影像管理、安全存储和隐秘传输等方面有较好的应用。
The secure storage and transmission of medical informatics in local networks and distributed diagnosis become more and more important, which is particularly highlighted. A reversible data hiding method based on linear prediction is presented and its application in medical video. The method uses linear predictive error algorithm and embedding/ extracting algorithm. It embeds a large amount of hidden information. A simple data link frame is used during data hiding processing and covert communication experiments are tested in local networks. Original medical video information can be reversibly restored after embedded case history information or fingerprinting images are correctly extracted from the marked video. The method can be applied to secure storage and covert communication for video in medical database.
