循环式氦氧混合气辅助呼吸装置的设计

摘要 概括了循环式氦氧混合气辅助呼吸装置的工作原理、气路结构,详细介绍了硬件电路设计、氧浓度控制算法及系统工作流程,并给出了由MATLAB软件所得到的系统的阶跃响应。测试和仿真结果表明:系统的硬件电路在实现大电压信号满量程输出、输出电压与输入压力保持线性关系、零点电压提升等功能方面有良好的性能;氧浓度控制算法在保持系统稳定、减少系统震荡和冲击等方面取得了较好的效果。 The paper introduces the principle and the gas way configuration of assistant breathing equipment cycled with mixed gases of helium and oxygen. The detail designing of hardware, the arithmetic of controlling oxygen concentration of oxygen and the work flow of the system are also introduced. And the paper gives out the steps response of the system emulated with the MATLAB software. The testing and emulation results indicate that the hardware has famous behavior of higher level voltage output span, linearity between output voltage and input pressure and the raise of zero voltage. The results also indicate the control arithmetic of oxygen concentration can keep the system stabilization and reduce the shaking and concussion of the system.
