热激锻炼诱导菊花耐热性研究 被引量:17

摘要 以菊花(Chrysanthemum morifolium)叶片和花瓣为试验材料,在38℃下对其进行5 h的热激锻炼,再于50℃下分别进行0、0.5、1.0、1.5、3.0 h的高温胁迫,然后对其细胞膜透性、叶绿素、丙二醛(MDA)和蛋白质含量动态变化及5′-核苷酸酶的活性进行了测定.结果表明,热锻炼的菊花叶片电解质渗漏率相对较小,叶片叶绿素含量比对照下降的慢,5′-核苷酸酶活性比对照高,MDA含量也相对较低,而且花瓣中可溶性蛋白质保持了相对较高的含量,说明热锻炼诱导菊花获得了一定的耐热性. The induction of the thermotolerance by heat acclimation was investigated. The leaves and flowers of chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum morifolium) were treated at 38 ℃ for 5 hours, and then the changes of electrolytic leakage, chlorophyll content, MDA content, soluble protein content and activities of 5'-nucleotidase were measured at different times (0,0.5,1.0,1.5 and 3.0 h) after 50℃ stress. The results indicated that the electrolytic leakage and the content of MDA in leaves treated were lower than ones of non-treated, the chlorophyll content fell slower,the activities of 5'-nucleotidase were higher and the soluble protein content in flowers treated kept a higher level than that of non-treated ones. It showed that the thermotolerance had been induced by heat acclimation.
