摘要
高弹性乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)交联发泡材料是一种具有广阔应用前景的新型发泡材料。通过分析这种材料的特点,探讨了这种材料的配方设计(包括EVA、交联剂、发泡剂、其他助剂、改性剂)及生产工艺(包括模压发泡、注塑发泡)的关键技术,介绍了高弹性EVA交联发泡材料的主要用途及其发展趋势。
Foamed cross-linking ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer （EVA） material with high elasticity was a kind of new foamed material which had wide future of using. Through analyzing the characteristic of this material, the formula design, including EVA, cross-linking reagent, foaming reagent, other assistants, modifier, and the key technology of processing, including molding, injection of this material were discussed. The main usages and the development tendency of this material were introduced.
