摘要 研究了动态注塑成型工艺参数对PP制品成型收缩率的影响,从理论和实验上探讨了动态注塑参数与制品收缩率之间的关系。文中采用L27(313)正交矩阵进行实验,试验结果表明:动态注塑参数对制品的垂直于流动方向与平行于流动方向收缩的影响是不同的,振动参数对两个方向上收缩率的影响都较强,说明振动力场的引入能使聚合物加工过程发生变化。 The effects of the dynamic injection molding parameters on the shrinkage of parts were investigated. Based on experiments, the relationships between the dynamic injection parameters and the shrinkage of parts were discussed. An L27 (3^13)orthogonal array based on Taguchi method was adopted, the results showed the effects of the dynamic injection molding parameters on shrinkage of parts were different between perpendicular flow direction and parallel flow direction, and the effects of vibration parameters on the shrinkage in two directions were all stronger which showed that polymer processing would changed when vibration force field being introduced.
