摘要
从研究注射模具CAD/CAE的集成出发,分析了几何模型转换的不足,提出了一种采用有限元模型转换代替几何模型转换的方法。阐述了有限元模型转换相对于几何模型转换的优势,及其实现方法和途径。通过编制模型转换接口程序,成功地实现了方便快捷的有限元模型从CAD系统到CAE系统的"零失真"转换。
Based on the injecting mold CAD/CAE integration, after the disadvantages of geometry model transformation being analyzed, a substituting finite element model transformation for geometry model transformation was put forward. The advantages of finite element model transformation relativeed to geometry model transformation and the ways realized in finite element model transformation were also expatiated in detail. According to the interface procedure of the model transformation compiled, the finite element model was successfully transformed from CAD system to CAE system in nought distortion.
