摘要
介绍了大型塑料托盘模具的浇注系统设计和CAE数值仿真模拟。同时以塑料托盘模具为例,对其浇注系统进行CAE模拟分析,得到温度、压力等一系列数据。从这些数据可以分析制件浇注过程中塑料熔体发生的一些变化,进而预测形成的产品结构,优化大型塑料托盘模具设计。从而为我国模具行业大型注射模浇注系统设计提供一种新的设计思路,推广CAE技术在我国注射模设计中的应用。
The design of the runner system in the plastics tray mold was presented. The runner system of plastics tray mold, as an example,was analyzed by CAE. The simulated temperature and pressure reflected the variation in inner structrure of the plastics product in mouding,which optimized the large-scale plastics tray mold design. The design could provide a new design idea for runner design and promote the application of CAE in domestic injection mold design.
