摘要
通过胜利、大庆、中原原油在φ300mm、φ500mm、φ800mm、φ1000mm实验罐中的实验研究,得出原油热波特性的影响因素有:原油200℃馏出量、罐径、油罐空商与直径之比值及乳化水含水率。并用热波速度、稳定高温层温度来表征原油热波特性,采用数理统计的方法,对原油热波特性与其影响因素之间的关系进行处理。实验表明,当实际数据量足够多时,用多参数非线性回归,得出了模拟热波特性方程,并求得热波速度为1m/h,与美国"防火指南"所推荐的热波速度基本相符。
Based on data of Shengli,Daqing and Zhongyuan crude oils in different test tanks ofΦ300mm,Φ500mm andΦ1000mm,factors that have impacts on heat wave velocity are obtained. They are oil distillate production at 200? C,diam- eter of tanks,rate of height and diameter,and wa- ter content in crude oil.Heat wave velocity and temperature of stable high-temperate layer are used to characterize heat wave of crude oil.Math- ematical statistics is used to process relation be- tween heat wave and the factors.Data show that formulation of heat wave can be obtained through multi-parameter nonlinear regression with enough data.
