摘要
利用通径分析法,将与农村一、二、三产业产值有关的影响因素按重要程度进行排序,发现资金和科技是对农村各产业发展最为关键的影响因素。在综合分析的基础上,提出稳定加大农业投入、改善农田水利基础设施、完善国家农业投入法律法规体系、加强农业技术推广、加强农民创业意识和技能培训等政策建议。
We estimated the factors important degree, influencing rural industry development by path analysis, and the result is that the capital and science and technology are the most key factors. Basing on the comprehensive analysis, We have brought forward several pieces of policy suggestion, such as enlarges agricultural input stage by stage, improve irrigation and water conservancy infrastructural facilities, perfect the laws and statutes system of agricultural input, reinforce the transfer of agriculture technology, and so on.
