摘要 目的:观察犬乳恒牙替换中骨保护素(osteoprotegerin,OPG)在组织中的表达情况,探讨其在此过程中存在的作用。方法:分别对乳牙期、替牙期、恒牙期杂种犬取上、下颌骨,制备石蜡切片,进行HE染色和破骨细胞内OPG的免疫组化染色,用彩色病理图像分析系统分析各组染色强度灰度值(OD)。结果:OPG在乳牙根吸收面、恒牙胚牙囊周围和接近恒牙胚的牙槽骨陷窝中的破骨细胞、乳牙牙周膜细胞、成骨细胞、恒牙胚的成釉细胞、成牙本质细胞表达阳性。结论:OPG可能参与了犬乳恒牙替换过程中乳牙根吸收、恒牙胚的发育。 AIM: To observe the expression and function of OPG during replacement primary and permanent teeth in dog. MEHTODS : Mongrel dogs of different ages were selected . The dentition roots and the peripheral tissue in different periods of primary dentition roots stability, primary dentition roots resorption and permanent dentition were collected for paraffin slice. The gray value of dyeing tense was analysed after HE and OPG immunohistochemistry. RESUILTS : OPG positive signals were observed in the osteoclasts on the facets of deciduous teeth roots, around the dental follicle and in the alveolar near the germs, odentoclasts, periodontal ligament cell, osteoblast and ameloblast, odontoblasts of permanent tooth germ. CONCLUSION : OPG participates the resorption of deciduous teeth roots and development of permanen teeth germs during the stage of replacement of primary and permanent teeth.
