Research on bioinformatics analysis platform based on multi-tier architecture model

摘要 针对生物信息分析平台的构建,给出一种复合C/S、B/S的多层体系结构模型——BIOCMSM,并以构建新城疫病毒(NDV)生物信息分析平台为例,研究了该多层结构模型的实现过程。实验证明,BIOCMSM较好地解决了生物数据更新、数据集成、应用集成等问题。 Due to building bioinformatics analysis platform, this paper gave a kind of multi-tier architecture model combining C/S with B/S BIOCMSM. And it talked about the corresponding problems in applying the model to build the NDV bioinformatics analysis platform. Experiments prove that this model can better resolve the problems of bioinformatics data updating, data integrating and application integrating.
