摘要
电子商务规范为电子商务提供了最基本的安全保护。通过相关安全规范的制订,可以预先把那些对电子商务活动安全可能产生不利影响的潜在因素加以防范,起到安全屏障作用,为电子商务活动提供最基本的安全保障。
The criterion of E - commerce provides basic protection for E - commerce. With the criterion, can get ride of the factors that will bring unsafe effect to E- commerce and guarantee E- commerce safety.
