图书供应商选择的一种多属性群决策方法

针对图书馆如何合理地选择优质的图书供应商进行研究。首先阐述选择图书供应商的标准,给出一套具体的评价指标体系。然后建立同时考虑多个指标(多属性),多个决策者共同进行供应商选择(群决策)的数学模型。最后以一个实例说明模型的应用。此方法可应用于图书采购招标或其他采购方式中,提高供应商选择的有效性,为提高采访质量奠定基础。

The problem of selecting proper books suppliers of good quality by libraries was addressed. The authors presented the criteria and a concrete index system for supplier evaluation and selection, and then developed the mathematical model for books supplier selection by multiple decision - makers considering multiple attributes of them. At last the model was illustrated by an instance. The method proposed in this paper may be used in books acquisition bid or other acquisition models, and improve the efficiency of the suppliers selection which lays the foundation for the high quality books qcquisition.
