摘要
对某林可霉素生产废水处理站进行了改造。为提高废水的可生化性,增设了水解调节池,好氧生化工艺改为AB法;对于废水中难于生物降解的有机物,采用Fenton氧化法处理,药剂投加量以出水水质达标为目标。处理站改造的工程投资为96.0万元,改造后的运行成本为3.36元/m3。
A lincomycin production wastewater treatment station has been reconstructed. To improve bio-oxidation ability of the wastewater,hydrolyzing-adjusfing basin is established in addition,and the aerobic bio-oxidation technology is replaced by the AB method. To decompose the nonbiodegradable organism in wastewater,Fenton oxidation method is used. The dosage of Fenton reagent is determined based on its outlet water quality in accordance with the standard. The engineering investment for the reconstruction of the treatment station is 96.0 × 10^4 yuan and the running cost is 3.36 yuan/m^3.
