摘要
提出了一种冲突网络驱动下的反向迭代产品创新设计过程模型。通过产品需求分析和TRIZ进化理论建立产品的理想解(IFR)集合,确定对应于IFR的最小冲突集合C,之后运用TRIZ的问题解决工具解决C中的冲突及新衍生的冲突,反复迭代的结果可以获得产品完整的概念设计方案。通过一个工程实例对该过程模型进行了验证和说明。
A reverse iterative innovation design process model driven by a network of contradictions is proposed, which can serve a design problem with multiple conflicts. In this process, IFR(Ideal Final Result) set is obtained from the requirement of customers and evolution pattern of TRIZ. The minimum conflict set in design is identified according to IFR correspondingly. Then problem-solving tools of TRIZ are used to solve the conflicts repeatedly. The iterative result is to obtain the Domain Solution set and the conceptual design in detail. An engineering example is shown to validate and explain this process.
