摘要
作为构建基于分析仪器网络的基础,介绍了一种基于TMS320C2812的气体分析仪器作为CAN总线网络智能节点的设计方法。首先设计气体分析仪器的结构框图和硬件接口电路,软件设计部分给出了相应CAN初始化的C语言程序,分析了设计智能节点中可能出现的问题以及解决办法。该智能节点已经顺利通过调试。分析仪器的网络化对实现流程工业中目标质量的直接控制有积极意义。
As the base of constituting analytical instrument network, an intelligent node of the CAN network for the gas analytical instrument based on DSP TMS320C2812 is designed. The structural block diagram of the analytical instrument and the hardware interface circuit are designed, and in software design, partial C language program for CAN initialization is given. The problems probably encountered in designing intelligent node and their solutions are analyzed. This intelligent node has been debugged successfully. The networking of the analytical instruments is significant to directly control quality of products in process industries.
