摘要
呼吸机相关肺炎（ventilator—associated pneumonia，VAP）是一种严重的医院获得性感染，其病死率很高，研究发现多种危险因素与VAP的发生相关，为此应该建立一个由权威专家领导的多学科预防团队，包括临床医师、呼吸专业护理人员、管理员等，提供教育和培训，并制定出一套规范化合理的预防方案，指导临床实践。
Ventilator-associated pneumonia（YAP） is a most severe hospital-acquired pneumonia with a high mortality and a variety of risk factors related to the occurrence of VAP. A multidisciplinary team led by authoritative experts should be set up, including physicians, respiratory healthcare professionals and administrators, providing education and training about the prevention of VAP and developing a set of standardized and reasonable prevention programs to guide clinical practice.
