摘要
肺纤维化(pulmonary fibrosis,PF)形成过程中涉及细胞外基质(extracellula matrix,ECM)大量沉积,其主要来源于肌成纤维细胞(myofibroblast,MF)。该细胞能表达α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α—smooth muscle actin,α—SMA),是造成ECM异常沉积的主要细胞。MF的转化受多种因素调节、有多种信号途径参与,是一个错综复杂的过程。
Pulmonary fibrosis is a pathologic change caused by the severe extracellular matrix accumulation,mainly originating from myofibroblast which can express α-smooth muscle actin,and it is the major induces the extracelluar maxtrix. Its complicated transforming process is regulated by multiple factors and cell that participated by multiple singal transduction pathways.
