Deficiency and Improvement of the Equilibrium Development Mechanism of Compulsory Education

目前,相关法律政策的落实以及配套机制的欠缺,制约和影响了义务教育均衡发展。广州地区在推进义务教育均衡发展过程中存在着诸多的困扰,要完善义务教育均衡发展机制,必须对当前义务教育实施过程中存在的制度落实和机制欠缺问题加以切实的解决。

Recentlly,the equilibrium development of compulsory education has been hindered and affected by relative laws and the lack of a complete system.Taking the case of Guangzhou,this article reveals the confusion which occures in the process of carrying out the equilibrium development of compulsory education.Based on case analysis this article offers a set of suggestions of how to improve the equilibrium development mechanism of compulsory education.
