As the high frequency of collegial campus' psychological crisis has now become a serious problem affecting the working order of higher education,how to set up an organization to deal with collegial campus' psychological crisis is urgent.When one confronts psychological crisis,he need timely and professional aid.An early warning and assistance system of collegial campus' psychological crisis is composed of three aspects: scholastic supervisor,psychological counselor,and schoolmate friend of the one in crisis.
