0.049 1~0.066 4 h-1。 Taking piggery wastewater with high ammonia nitrogen and organic concentrations as treatment object, the ANAMMOX-based nitrosation process was investigated under the condition of ambient temperature of 25 ℃ and constant pH. The results show that the nitrosation is stable when the influent concentrations of ammonia nitrogen and COD are 550 mg/L and 1 000 to 1 300 mg/L, respectively. After an 8- to 10-h reaction period, the ratio of the effluent ammonia nitrogen to nitrite nitrogen reaches 1 : 1 to 1 : 1.20, the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and COD are 58.3% to 65.6% and 59.2% to 68.6% , respectively, and the nitrosation rate throughout the process maintains above 97%. As aeration rate increases, the hydraulic retention time which meets the ratio of the influent ammonia nitrogen to nitrite nitrogen required for ANAMMOX is shortened, and the effluent pH after the HRT is 7.8 to 8.1. The degradation of ammonia nitrogen and COD follows first-order reaction kinetics. The reaction velocity constants of ammonia nitrogen and COD are 0.065 6 to 0. 072 4 h^- 1 and 0. 049 1 to 0. 066 4 h^- 1, respectively.
