混凝/生物微电解/接触氧化工艺处理压缩机生产废水 被引量:3

摘要 采用混凝/生物微电解/接触氧化组合工艺处理压缩机生产混合废水,考察了处理效果。结果表明,混凝处理的除磷效果显著,生物微电解可大幅度提高废水的可生化性。中温(30℃左右)条件下,生物微电解反应器在进水pH值为8.5左右、容积负荷为1.83~2.32kgCOD/(m^3·d)时,对COD的去除率稳定在35%以上;接触氧化反应器在进水pH值为6~7、容积负荷为2.65~4.0kgCOD/(m^3·d)时,对COD的去除率〉80%。组合工艺对COD、SS、TP的平均去除率分别为93%、94%和99%。 The combined process of coagulation, biological microelectrolysis and contact oxidation was used to treat mixed wastewater from compressor production, and the treatment efficiency was investi- gated. The results show that the coagulation treatment has a significant phosphorus removal efficiency, and the biological microelectrolysis reactor can dramatically improve the wastewater biodegradability. When the temperature is 30 ℃ , the influent pH value is 8.5 and COD volume loading is 1.83 to 2.32 kgCOD/(m^3 · d), the COD removal rate of the biological microelectrolysis reactor stabilizes at above 35%. When the influent pH value is 6 to 7 and COD volume loading is 2.65 to 4.0 kgCOD/(m^3 · d) , the COD removal rate of the contact oxidation reactor is above 80%. The average removal rates of COD, SS and TP in the combined process are 93% , 94% and 99% , respectively.
