The emergency of the circular economy development in iron and steel industry was elucidated and route of circular economy development in iron and steel enterprise was present. Practice of the circular economy development in Tianjin Iron and Steel Co Ltd by implementing the project of the yield of the iron and steel was discussed. Emphasis of circular economy development was focused on improving the utilization of nature resource and the development mode of the iron and steel enterprises with circular economy was explored.
