摘要
针对高炉→转炉→热轧→冷轧流程,分析了工序能力和物流匹配的关系,提出了炼铁工序能力〈炼钢工序能力〈热轧工序能力〉冷轧工序能力;其中铁钢比0.90-0.96,热轧和冷轧间的匹配程度为1∶(0.4-0.8)。炼钢厂内精炼能力〉冶炼能力〉连铸能力;轧钢厂内热轧能力≥加热炉能力,冷轧能力〉深加工能力。为满足流程匹配关系,需开发"铁-铸-轧一体化"的生产管理系统和冷区网络化物流管理模型。
Matching relationship between process capability and mass flow was analyzed based on Blast furnace-con- verte-hot rolling cold rolling process. The results that ironmaking productivity〈 steelmaking productivity〈 hot rolling productivity〉cold rolling productivity is put out; the ratio of iron to steel is 0.9-0.96 and the matching degree of hot rolling with cold rolling process is 1:(0.4-0.8). the matching relationship in steelmaking plant is refining capability〉melting capability 〉 continuous casting capability; the matching relationship in rolling plant is hot rolling capability ≥heating furnace capability and cold rolling capability 〉further processing capability. In order to meet the process match demand, it is necessary to develop integrated manufacturing management system of iron-casting-rolling and network mass flow management model in cold rolling zone.
