加强“双师型”教师队伍建设 提高高职院校教学质量

Strengthening the Construction of Double-Teacher Model and Improving Teaching Quality

随着高职教育的发展,对高职教育"双师型"教师队伍建设有了新的要求。高职教师既要具有教师的职业素质,又要具有其他行业的素质。从我国职业教育现状发展要求实际出发,或借鉴和学习国外高职教育的发展经验,加快我国高职院校"双师型"教师队伍的建设,对提高高职院校的教学质量,为国家培养出更多的高技能型人才起着至关重要的作用。

With the development of higher vocational education, there are some new demands tor the construction of double-teacher. Higher vocational education requires the quality of teacher and other industries. To fasten the construction of double-teacher, we should study the reality of our vocational education and learn from foreign vocational education experience.
