摘要
学分制由美国哈佛大学于19世纪末首创,现已被大多数国家所采纳,成为各国高等院校实行教学管理的一种主要方式。它在培养学生的竞争意识、拓宽专业知识面、加速人才培养、调整和优化教学管理机制等方面发挥了积极的作用。近几年来由于种种原因,我国高校在推进学分制改革的实践过程中出现了许多问题,一定程度上影响了学分制改革的进程。因此,对于我国学分制实施瓶颈进行思考与探索是十分必要的。
Credit system was first started in Harvard University at the end of 19th century and now is adopted by many countries and becomes a main way of teaching management in many universities and colleges in the world. It has many active functions in developing students' competitive awareness, widening major knowledge field, adjusting teaching management system etc. But in recent years, many problems have appeared during the reform of credit system and affected the reform course. Therefore, it is necessary to think and research the bottle-neck of the credit system.
