摘要
研究模拟移动床色谱分离的动态过程。分析模拟移动床色谱柱内物料浓度的分布情况,表明色谱分离是一个动态平衡的过程。组份可以在很小的分离度之下提纯。
The dynamic process of simulated moving bed （SMB） chromatography was studied. The distribution of components inside SMB column was simulated. The results showed that the SMB process was a dynamical equilibrium system. Pure component could be separated with very small resolution.
