摘要
目的:提高海洛因依赖者三种长潜时脑诱发电位指标反映的信息量。方法:采用事件相关电位P300、听觉诱发电位、视觉诱发电位技术对32例海洛因依赖者检测,运用SPSS统计软件进行主成分分析。结果:用主成分分析的方法,从海洛因依赖者三种长潜时脑诱发电位的24个电生理指标中提取出8个主成分,其反映的信息量为原有信息量的80.318%。结论:这8个主成分能反映海洛因依赖者绝大部分脑电信息,并结合神经心理测验可进一步揭开依赖者的心理活动。
Objective : To increase the information of three long - latency brain evoked potentials in heroin addicts. Methods: A test was conducted in 32 eases with heroin dependence using the technologies of event - related potential P300, auditory evoked potential and visual evoked potential. The data were analyzed using the main ingredients in SPSS statistical software. Results:There were eight main ingredients from 24 electric physiological indicators,which reflected 80. 318% of the amount of original information. Conclusion: These eight main elements may delegate the majority of brain - electric information of heroin addicts, and a combination of nerves psychological test can further rely on the psychological activities.
