摘要 提出了一种基于0.13μm工艺,采用平面螺旋电感结构的宽带单片不平衡变压器。该电路的中心频率为23GHz。在中心频率附近,模拟结果显示,单端口损耗为8dB,在20-30GHz频率范围内,两端口信号幅度误差为1dB,相位误差为5°。 A monolithic broadband passive balun using planar-spiral inductor was designed. The transformer has a center frequency of 23 GHz. Simulation results showed that the transformer had a single-port power loss of 8 dB near the center frequency and that its amplitude and phase unbalance between two balanced ports were 1 clB and 50°respectively, in the frequency range from 20 GHz to 30 GHz.
