利用ChemsepL软件对天然气为原料生产甲醇的精制过程主精馏塔进行了模拟计算,分析了精馏塔内组分浓度的变化情况以及侧线位置的影响。模拟结果符合工业实际过程。

ChemsepL software was used to simu- late the main distillation tower of methanol refining. The effect of components concentration and sidestream situation in the distillation tower was studied too.The result was accordance with the actual processes.
